What we collect, and why.

Responses. The answers you give to survey questions. Used to generate workshop-ready summaries.

Email (optional). Only when your survey explicitly requires it. Stored separately from your responses, used to prevent duplicate submissions and verify domain access.

Session metadata. A random anonymous token, start and submit timestamps. No IP addresses, no device fingerprinting.

Role tag (optional). If a survey asks for your role (e.g. leadership / individual contributor), this is stored alongside your anonymous session for filtering — never linked to your email in admin views.
